The Women's Center at Harlingen Medical
Center celebrates more than 1,000 births each
year, making it one of the premiere choices for
families to welcome their new babies!
The team of physicians, nurses, and staff at
the Women's Center work together to ensure a
high level of sophisticated medical care in a
setting that is aesthetically pleasing and
conducive to family-centered obstetrics.
The commitment to expectant mothers begins
with FREE Childbirth Classes at Harlingen
Medical Center. The comprehensive program
prepares new mothers for the childbirth
process.
The program features a variety of topics
including labor, cesarean births, medications,
and a tour.
This program should be taken the 7th to 9th
month of pregnancy. Participants should wear
comfortable clothes, bring two (2) pillows, and
a partner.
