From McAllen/Weslaco (West)

Take Expressway 83 East to Harlingen. Continue on U.S. 83 East until it becomes Expressway 77/83 South to Brownsville. Exit FM 509 (Paso Real Hwy.). Make a left under the overpass and take the frontage road traveling north, to Harlingen Medical Center.

From Corpus Christi/Raymondville (North)

Take Expressway 77 South to Harlingen. Exit FM 509 (Paso Real Hwy.). Exit FM 509 (Paso Real Hwy.). Make a left under the overpass and take the frontage road traveling north, to Harlingen Medical Center.

From Brownsville (south)

Take Expressway 77/83 North to Harlingen. Exit Ed Carey Drive to Harlingen Medical Center.

From Rio Hondo (east)

Take FM 106 West to Harlingen. Take a left at the intersection of FM 106 W and Loop 499. Continue on Loop 499 South as it turns into Ed Carey Drive. Proceed on Ed Carey Dr. to Hale Avenue. Take a left on Hale Ave. Travel south on Hale Ave. to Victoria Lane. Take a right on Victoria Lane.

From Airport

Take Loop 499 South as it turns into Ed Carey Drive. Proceed on Ed Carey Dr. to Hale Avenue. Left on Hale Ave. Right on Victoria Lane.
