Harlingen Medical Center, Boggus Ford, and Harlingen Police will team up to ensure Rio Grande Valley children get to their holiday destination safely, this Fourth of July. The three will unite July 2, 2009, for the 2nd Annual Fourth of July Safe Riders Program & Car Seat Give Away at Boggus Ford, located at 2521 S. Expressway 83, in Harlingen. Certified child safety seat experts will be on hand to conduct inspections and offer tips, free of charge, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
