Harlingen Medical Center wants more than just top-quality care for our patients. We want our patients to have a great experience while in our care. Our staff and the physicians who practice here share that commitment.

Physicians are directly involved in developing each patient’s plan of care, but are also actively involved in major hospital decisions such as selecting new technology – the equipment they believe is best suited to support an excellent outcome for our patients.

More than 200 physicians are members of the Harlingen Medical Center Medical staff. In order to be appointed to the medical staff, they must be highly skilled and experienced in their fields, including cardiology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, bariatric surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and emergency care, among others.
